Responsibilities
. Support daily Sales Operation activities, assisting in purchasing, invoicing and sales orders
. Negotiate with vendors, handle client enquiries, resolve disputes and follow through with payment and invoicing processes
. Arrange and coordinate product deliveries
. Work closely with sales/product colleagues to execute processes to improve operational efficiency
. Provide stellar administrative support to the assigned corporate department/function
Requirements
. Minimum Diploma or equivalent
. 3 years of working experience or fresh graduate willing to learn
. Polite and pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset
. Good organizational and coordination skills
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Business proficiency in English, both written and verbal
. Proficient in MS Excel
. Previous sales/purchasing operations experience will be an advantage
