Business Support Coordinator

In this role, you will handle key administrative tasks, coordinate with advisors and clients, and maintain accurate documentation to support business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative requests and respond to enquiries from advisers and clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist in daily administrative operations, including documentation, coordination, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record retrieval.
  • Monitor and track pending or outstanding items, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Prepare and send letters, forms, and other business correspondence.
  • Review submission documents, prepare required documents for processing.
  • Generate client quotations and prepare product comparison materials.
  • Support the execution of investment trades.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer usage.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
