Key Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative requests and respond to enquiries from advisers and clients in a timely manner.
- Assist in daily administrative operations, including documentation, coordination, and follow-up.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record retrieval.
- Monitor and track pending or outstanding items, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Prepare and send letters, forms, and other business correspondence.
- Review submission documents, prepare required documents for processing.
- Generate client quotations and prepare product comparison materials.
- Support the execution of investment trades.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer usage.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
