The Business Support Assistant provides administrative, marketing, and business support for the company's daily operations. This position assists multiple departments and ensures smooth coordination across marketing activities, office administration, and customer or business enquiries. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily business operations, including document preparation, filing, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
- Support business development activities by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Assist with marketing activities such as social media updates, content creation, and coordination of promotional materials.
- Support event planning and coordination, including aviation exhibitions, client activities, and internal company events.
- Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing courier arrangements, and coordinating with office service providers.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business operations and company growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic content creation tools.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and responsibility.
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident are most welcome.
