Job Description

What Youll Do:

  • Facilitate management routines by tracking deliverables and aligning priorities across business units.
  • Coordinate high-level executive reviews and oversee business continuity strategies.
  • Create polished PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards to support strategic reporting.
  • Edit content for internal publications to ensure clarity and engagement.
  • Liaise with departments to gather insights and consolidate them into actionable reports.
  • Assist with governance cadence by preparing agendas, minutes, trackers, and documentation.

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related 3+ years in business management or executive support roles.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (dashboards, pivot tables).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills for crafting executive-level content.
  • Interpersonal Strengths: Strong stakeholder management abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure without compromising quality.
