Hiring For Business Strategy Planning Executive | East | Singapore

I'm currently supporting a leading multinational organisation in the after-sales, spare parts distribution and regional operations space in hiring a Business Strategy Planning Executive.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across business planning, data analysis, project coordination and process improvement, with exposure to regional stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

• Analyse business data, performance trends and KPIs, and prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations
• Support business reviews and strategic planning activities
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and business improvement projects
• Track project progress, documentation and follow-up actions
• Identify business risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with internal departments, regional affiliates, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Support initiatives to improve business performance and operational efficiency

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business strategy, project management, business analytics, process improvement or supply chain planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in project coordination and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is preferred
• Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, spare parts distribution or after-sales operations would be an advantage
