We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Lead to oversee and drive revenue and cost targets across the organization. This role is pivotal in aligning business processes with company goals, improving efficiency, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with senior leadership to plan, execute, and optimize operations that drive growth and scalability.
What Youll Do:
- Project & Program Management: Lead end-to-end delivery timelines for partner-enabled features, coordinating Product, Compliance, Support, and Marketing.
- Partner Success: Collaborate with Department Heads to ensure alignment on priorities and execution plans; track service levels, surface risks early, and keep joint KPIs on target.
- Process Improvement: Map customer journeys, spot friction, and drive automations or SOP tweaks that save time and boost satisfaction.
- Insight & Decision-making: Work closely with our data analyst to interpret dashboards, slice metrics, and turn insights into clear operational actions.
- User-centric experimentation: Collaborate with Product on A/B tests and iterate flows based on evidence.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management ideally in Fintech, payments or B2C tech company.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and operational processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ability to turn data into decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau or GenAI to streamline operations.
- Familiarity with regional financial or charity compliance frameworks would be advantageous.
