Your new role
- Review and check client-facing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ensure all materials meet internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Perform content-based quality checks before documents are released
- Highlight errors, inconsistencies, or compliance risks and follow up for corrections.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth approval and release process.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in document review, content checking, or quality control (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Familiarity with banking, financial services, or regulated environments is an advantage.
- Ability to follow processes and guidelines carefully.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to support international and mainland China markets).
- This role is only open to Singaporeans.
