Business Risk Specialist | Wealth Management | Up to SGD 5K | Risk, Controls & QA exposure

Join a leading global wealth management institution with a strong presence across Asia. You will be part of the Front-Line Support (FLS) team, supporting the Business Risk & Controls function to ensure effective control execution, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Your new role
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews on completed control checks.
- Assess whether controls are executed in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate findings, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Liaise with business, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholders on control-related matters.
- Support training initiatives and share lessons learned to enhance control effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years of Audit, Risk & Controls, Quality Assurance, or Business Risk experience.
- Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred; banking industry exposure would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with risk and control frameworks, internal controls, or control testing.
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity when investigating issues and identifying root causes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- English and Mandarin are required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region; Cantonese proficiency would be an advantage.
