Our client is a leading digital financial services organisation with a growing presence in Singapore. As part of its continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, the firm is recruiting for a Business Resilience Specialist to strengthen its business continuity, operational resilience and crisis management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Working closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders, you will execute and enhance the organisation's Business Resilience programme, ensuring the continuity and resilience of critical business services. You will oversee Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Impact Assessments (BIA), continuity planning, dependency mapping and resilience testing. You will support the development of operational resilience frameworks, crisis management procedures and recovery strategies, including scenario testing and crisis simulations. You will also coordinate Operational Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) activities, regulatory submissions and resolution planning requirements. Partnering closely with Technology, Operations, Risk and external service providers, you will assess technology and third-party resilience risks, strengthen recovery capabilities and drive remediation initiatives. You will support regulatory reviews, governance reporting and ongoing improvements to the organisation's resilience framework.

Qualifications

Degree qualified, you possess strong experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience or related disciplines within banking or regulated financial services. You have a sound understanding of critical business services, business impact assessments, recovery strategies, continuity planning and resilience testing. Familiarity with MAS BCM Guidelines, Technology Risk Management, Outsourcing Guidelines and regulatory expectations around operational resilience is important. Exposure to OCIR, recovery and resolution planning, crisis management and third-party resilience will be advantageous. You are analytical, proactive and hands-on, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across business, technology and risk functions. Relevant professional certifications such as CBCI, DRI or ISO 22301 will be advantageous.
