Lead and manage multiple related projects/change requests (CRs) end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop and execute detailed project/CR plans, including deliverables, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
Gather, analyse, and define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment between business, operations, and technology teams.
Collaborate with Business Specialists and Technical Delivery Managers to manage stakeholders, expectations, escalations, and scope changes.
Prepare investment approval requests, organise/facilitate Steering Committee and Working Group meetings, and manage governance processes.
Oversee risk and issue management, including escalation, mitigation, and tracking.
Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, methodology, and quality standards.
Report project progress to stakeholders at various levels, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Support pre-project planning, including business case development and investment proposals.
Define solutions with Solution Architects and System Analysts, and validate through test planning and execution with Test Managers.
Manage quarterly release change requests (QRs) end-to-end in collaboration with product owners.
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; 810 years relevant experience.
1015 years of progressive management experience in large-scale Project & Programme Management.
Strong expertise in requirements analysis, documentation, and process design.
Proven experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE II) and Business Analysis certification are advantageous.
Strong vendor management skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders, including senior management.
Demonstrated experience managing project/programme budgets of >$10 million.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills; able to multi-task and perform under pressure.
Leadership qualities: proactive, independent, with high integrity and ability to influence and negotiate.
Domain expertise in Retail Banking, especially projects involving Operations and Contact Centre.
Technical/business analysis skills including capability assessment, requirements elicitation, and translating requirements into testing and validation.
