Job Summary
You will act as the regional hub aligning country sales operations with regional sales goals, leading escalation management, and coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues, strengthen customer trust, and drive continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Align country sales operations with regional sales objectives to ensure consistent execution
- Coordinate effectively between sales, service delivery, supply chain, and customer support teams at the regional level
- Develop and implement escalation protocols and communication channels for internal teams and customers
- Assess, prioritize, and categorize escalations based on severity and business impact to enable swift resolution
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional task forces including sales, technical, legal, and operations to resolve escalations promptly
- Manage high-stakes customer communications during escalations to maintain trust and strong relationships
- Provide transparent updates, root cause analyses, and actionable plans to countries and customers
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on escalation insights
- Serve as the interface between regional, global, and country sales organizations to ensure alignment
- Facilitate collaboration between regional and country supply chain and commercial departments
Required competencies and certifications
- 5 - 6 years of experience in Industrial Electrical Component/Solutions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and conduct root cause and process management
- Resilience and decisiveness under pressure to manage critical escalations effectively
- Diplomatic and customer-oriented communication skills to maintain positive relationships
- Proven collaboration skills within sales organizations, value chains, and customer service across organizational levels
- Experience in commercial evaluation to support business decisions
- Knowledge of contractual regulations and compliance requirements
