Business project manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering outcomes aligned with business objectives.

This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with company goals.

Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Singapore regulatory standards.

Track project performance using KPIs and report progress to senior management.

Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Manage project documentation, contracts, and agreements.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Proficient in project management tools (MS Project or relevant tools).

Knowledge of Singapore business regulations and compliance will be preferrer
