Business Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and highly organized Business Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic business projects from planning through to successful implementation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different functions, turning business ideas into actionable plans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and with clear business outcomes.

You will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives, improve processes, resolve operational challenges and support the Company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage business projects from initiation, planning and execution through to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Translate business objectives into clear project plans and actionable workstreams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies, and drive timely resolution.
• Track project budgets, resources and key performance indicators where applicable.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports and presentations for management.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear documentation of decisions, action items and follow-ups.
• Review and improve existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements and process optimization.
• Work with stakeholders to implement new processes, systems, policies or business initiatives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards and business objectives.
• Manage changes to project scope, priorities and timelines, escalating key concerns when necessary.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Support management in ad-hoc strategic projects and business initiatives as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Project Management, Operations or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience in project management, business operations, business improvement, consulting or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders or departments.
• Strong project planning, coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented approach.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Jira or similar is an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on deliverables.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand how projects impact business performance.
