Business Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of company projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.

2. Manage project execution and monitor progress against agreed milestones.

3. Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.

4. Monitor project costs and manage changes to scope, budget and timelines.

5. Identify project risks and resolve issues affecting project delivery.

6. Prepare progress reports and present updates to management.

7. Ensure project activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies.

8. Oversee project handover, review outcomes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a relevant discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

. Strong planning, budgeting, coordination and problem-solving skills.

. Good leadership and communication skills.

. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
