Job Description
- Support the design and management of consumer credit products to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to identify opportunities, track performance, and evaluate business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (risk, IT, operations, marketing) to translate insights into actionable business strategies and product improvements.
- Manage customer lifecycle and engagement initiatives to increase activation, conversion, and retention.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and inform product strategy.
- Assist in developing pricing, repayment features, and credit frameworks to enhance portfolio performance.
- Optimize operational flows and build SOPs for efficient product execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business/product management, digital lending, fintech, or consulting.
- Proficient in SQL (mandatory) for querying and analyzing business data; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-moving fintech environments.
