Job Description
- Develop effective operations and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies based on platform product capabilities and business requirements related to merchant acquisition and order volume.
- Collaborate with product and regional BD teams to map out merchant operations, merchant segmentation, and profiling. Identify current-stage merchant recruitment targets and develop merchant recruitment plans.
- Utilize tools for product and market insights to establish growth and recruitment targets, devising operational strategies to attract merchant engagement and enrich the variety of products on the marketplace.
- Possess a deep understanding of search and recommendation mechanisms, partnering with product and traffic teams to establish a merchandise incubation mechanism, thereby boosting the turnover of merchant-side products.
- Build a data monitoring and performance evaluation system for merchant and product operations. Continuously analyze and summarize merchant operations, product variety, and competitiveness. Identify issues from data and refine strategies and product optimizations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of experience in product operation/ business product management at global scale.
- More than 5 years experience in local-services, e-commerce, or B2C marketplace, deep familiarity with merchant-side levers.
- More than 5 years managing global teams of no less than 30 people, with direct responsibility for global employees management.
- Demonstrated success in building a team from zero to full productivity, including the design of hiring plans, career paths, and performance management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into clear business recommendations, proficiency in SQL or an equivalent analytical tool.
- Good communication and coordination skills, record of leading intricate, cross-border initiatives.
