Job Description

Duration: 1 year. Workdays are not fixed and will be scheduled based on project needs.

  • The position is temporary
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
  • The position is for a few days/weeks per month (irregular schedule as per project's need) and the salary will be prorated.
  • More than 15 years of experience is required

Implementation / Roll out of project:

. Responsiblefor implementing and configuring SAP solutions to meet the businessrequirements of the customer. He / She should work closely with business &Onsite stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze business processes, andtranslate them into functional specifications for the SAP system.

Responsibilities:

. BusinessProcess Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders & Onsite team tounderstand their requirements, challenges, and goals.

. SolutionDesign and Configuration: Design SAP system configurations and customizationsbased on business requirements & Design. Configure SAP modules andfunctionalities, to meet the business processes and optimize systemperformance.

. FunctionalSpecifications: Document functional specifications for custom developments andenhancements, including detailed requirements, process flows, and systembehaviors. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and timelyimplementation of required changes.

. SystemTesting and Validation: Plan and execute system testing to ensure that theimplemented SAP solution meets the defined requirements. Conduct functionaltesting, Integration testing , and support end-users in validating systemfunctionality.

. Trainingand User Support: Provide training and support to key users on SAPfunctionalities and processes. Develop testing documents, and facilitatetraining sessions to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the SAP system.

. DataMigration and Integration: Collaborate with Data team to facilitate the datamigration strategies and perform data mapping, extraction, transformation, andloading (ETL) activities. Support and test integration interfaces between SAPand other systems to enable seamless data flow.

. ChangeManagement: Assist in managing organizational change related to SAPimplementations. Support change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, andcommunication to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.

Upgrade / Conversion /Migration Projects:

. Responsiblefor analysing, configuring and testing SAP solutions to meet the requirements.He / She should work closely with Architect, business stakeholders tounderstand their needs, analyze business processes, and ensure the To besolution is meeting the business needs.

Responsibilities:

. Analysis:Collaborate with Architect / Lead, business stakeholders & Onsite team tounderstand the To Be requirements, compatability, challenges, and goals.

. Analysethe existing business process, configuration and custom developments

. Analysethe outcome of readiness check and SIT check. Support concluding the list ofpre-requisite including notes.

. SystemTesting and Validation: Plan and execute system testing to ensure that the ToBe SAP solution meets the defined requirements. Conduct smoke testing,functional unit testing, Integration testing, and support end-users invalidating system functionality.

. Configure:Design and configure the solution based on the outcomes from readiness check,sand box testing and analysis.

. Provideinputs to Basis & Technical team for migrating to To Be Architecture.

. Trainingand User Support: Provide training and support to key users on SAPfunctionalities and processes. Develop testing documents, and facilitatetraining sessions to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of the SAP system.
