My client is a US MNC is looking for a person with work experience in supporting sales & marketing operations, business process related to CRM & sales tools, provide user training support to business unita in Japan region. Able to communicate in both Japanese and English.
Job Description
Support with partnering the Sales division to develop, deploy, and support CRM related business processes and tools that facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
Support to develop sales business processes for effective and efficient utilization of CRM and other tools
Support the Sales and Marketing Salesforce users to manage continuous support and process improvement.
Manage and support Salesforce CRM maintenance activities including territory, Master and Transactional data, user setup, and user training.
Support complex issues for CRM, Reporting, and Sales tools.
Participate in global projects to support project deliverables to meet business requirements for region such as Japan.
Partner with other team members, IT, Data operations, GBS, Order Management, reporting etc. to drive CRM process continuity across business channels.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors Degree with 2 years experience relevant experience.
Experience with Company sales tools including Salesforce lightening, CPQ will be advantage.
With knowledge and experience of Sales and Marketing processes. Good at computer and willingness to learn the sales tools.
Ensures effective communication across teams/functions. Keeps stakeholders informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
Good English and Japanese Communication, support training and presentation skills is required. This role is required to support the Japan market.
