Key Responsibilities
Capability Building & Enablement
- Support the development of AI learning materials or artifacts such as curricula, playbooks, and guardrails that enable teams and stakeholders to become responsible AI practitioners.
- Assist in designing and delivering AI enablement programmes, including clinics, bootcamps, train-the-trainer workshops, and champion networks.
- Facilitate practical workshops and learning experiences for educators, policymakers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain and continuously improve learning resources to ensure relevance in a rapidly evolving AI and digital landscape.
Adoption, Change & Communications
- Drive adoption initiatives by coordinating communities of practice, open office hours, and engagement sessions.
- Craft clear and compelling change narratives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups and organisational contexts.
- Identify, assess, and address adoption barriers such as people readiness, data security, and operational processes, with actionable recommendations.
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Collaborate with public agencies, industry partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to support capability-building and transformation outcomes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in programme management, business process improvement, learning & development, or capability building.
- Demonstrated interest in and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., generative AI tools); able to translate AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across various seniority levels.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive, collaborative, and accountable team player with strong follow-through.
- Curious and adaptable mindset, with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and digital transformation.
- Resilient and flexible in navigating ambiguity and evolving business and technology landscapes.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in education, workforce development, public sector, or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and governance considerations.
- Exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) or Agile methodologies.
- Ability to leverage data and basic analytics to evaluate programme and process effectiveness.
- Certifications or practical experience in training, facilitation, or project management (e.g., Training of Trainers, Agile/Scrum, Prince2).
