Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a Business Process Executive to support our Strategic Finance Manager across HR, operations, and general administration. You will be involved in HR administration, payroll support, process documentation, and day-to-day operational tasks. Over time, you will take on broader responsibility as you get familiar with how the business runs. The right person is not afraid to ask questions, picks things up quickly, and brings ideas to the table without being asked.

What You Will Do

HR & Payroll Administration

. Support monthly payroll processing and verify calculations before submission

. Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related MOM submissions

. Maintain employee records and ensure data is accurate and up to date

. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration

. Help ensure HR practices are in line with the Employment Act and CPF regulations

Process & Documentation

. Document how things are currently done - then help improve them

. Write clear, simple SOPs so processes do not depend on any one person

. Flag issues or inconsistencies when you spot them, and suggest a fix

. Support the team in reducing manual and repetitive tasks over time

Finance Administration

. Assist with accounts payable and receivable - tracking invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely processing

. Review outgoing invoices to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant before submission to clients

. Maintain proper filing of all invoices and supporting documents for audit and GST purposes

. Flag discrepancies or missing documentation to the manager before they become issues

General Administration & Support

. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Strategic Finance Manager

. Help maintain filing systems, trackers, and internal documents

. Assist with preparing reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed

. Pick up ad-hoc tasks across HR, operations, and finance as the role grows

Who We Are Looking For

. 3 - 5 years of general HR or admin experience in Singapore

. Familiar with CPF, MOM work pass processes, and basic Employment Act requirements

. Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot in daily work - not just aware of them, but actually using them

. Asks questions when unsure rather than guessing or staying stuck

. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks without needing to be chased

. Good communicator - able to work alongside different people across the company without friction

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
