About the client:
Our client is a global IT multinational with presence in more than 100 countries, selling large applications into numerous MNCs across both private and public sector.
As a result of business growth, they are seeking a business process analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering proof of concepts. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will ensure that holistic business needs are translated into effective solutions that support legislation drafting and related processes.
What You'll Do
- Analyse existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and agile teams, ensuring shared understanding of business needs
- Define and document business requirements for legislation drafting and related responsibilities
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks, providing clarity and guidance to the development team
- Support agile teams throughout development, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
- Assist users in testing amendments to legislation and drafting instructions, ensuring solutions meet business objectives

- Strong background in business process analysis and re-engineering
