Business Planning & Performance Management

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and business planning activities for KRJP Logistics operations
• Monitor business performance and identify key drivers behind revenue, cost, and profitability changes
• Prepare business review materials and management reports for internal stakeholders

Profitability analysis& management

• Support profitability improvement initiatives through financial analysis and business case development
• Evaluate the financial impact of operational changes, new policies, and commercial initiatives
• Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement

Strategic Project Management

• Support strategic projects related to pricing, fee structure, cost reduction, and profitability improvement
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to assess business impact and implementation plans
• Track project outcomes and support the implementation of profitability improvement initiatives

Business Planning & Performance Management

Strategic Project Management

• 가격 정책, Fee 구조, 비용 절감 및 수익성 개선 관련 프로젝트 지원
• Operations, Product, Commercial 조직과 협업하여 사업 영향도 및 실행 방안 검토
• 프로젝트 성과 추적 및 수익성 개선 과제의 실행 지원

• 4-6 years of experience in business planning, commercial strategy, or related functions within logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or business performance management is preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting
• Business-level English proficiency is required for communication with internal stakeholders
