Business Planning Manager

Reporting to: CEO / President & COO

Nature: Execution support, strategic coordination, internal driver

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Business Planning/Management Executive to work closely with the CEO, President & COO to execute strategic initiatives. This role acts as a force multiplier for leadership, ensuring that priorities move from intent to action across markets, functions, and partners.

This is not a passive PMO role. It is suited for someone who can connect strategy to execution, follow through on initiatives, and bring structure and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and President & COO on execution of strategic initiatives across regions
• Track and drive progress on key priorities, partnerships, and growth programs
• Coordinate across sales, delivery, competency, and partner teams to ensure alignment
• Prepare business plans, execution roadmaps, and management updates
• Act as a central point to ensure decisions translate into action
• Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution
• Support leadership in internal governance, cadence, and operating rhythm

Ideal Profile

• 8–15 years of experience in business planning, strategy execution, PMO, or consulting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating close to senior leadership
• Able to balance structure with flexibility in a growth environment
• High ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving settings

This role is focused on business execution, overseeing initiatives, and leading change programs. An additional key responsibility will be oversight of our marketing narrative, especially on social media.
