How will you make an impact in this role
The Business Planning Manager will support Singapore's Consumer Cards Acquisition team, and will be involved in strategic planning, reviewing the acquisition business in a continuous manner, so as to evolve and scale the business to meet market requirements.
Manage investment optimization process by providing forecast and ROI calculation and liaising with Local Finance team on Acquisition Investment submissions
Provide reports and analytical support for all acquisition channels, including research of industry trends and emerging market opportunities, and propose strategic recommendations
Manage high level tracking and review of Acquisition funds to ensure efficient allocation and usage of funds across various campaigns and channel activities
Align and streamline processes, resources-planning, and department goals with overall strategy and in compliance with regulation
Manage business initiative presentations for high level Regional and Local Business Reviews
Work effectively with channels and product team to develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers, as well as to provide tracking to evaluate campaign effectiveness, to maintain quality standards of Acquisition channels
Independently plan, manage and execute project such as development of marketing plans and forecasts, competitive evaluations and short-term projects
Organize, schedule and track group tasks

Minimum Qualifications
Degree, with minimum 2 years work experience
Data driven, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, and ability to tell a story with data
Balance of a macro and micro thinker
Able to prioritize, work independently, meet deadline and work under pressure
Proactive, with strong sense of ownership
Highly organized and analytical, with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence with and without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
