About The Job
Take on a highly influential leadership role to steer the company's future direction, covering corporate strategy, performance planning, and business analytics.
- Spearhead the annual business planning and projection of key company financials.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management to define the future path for expansion, recruitment, and resourcing.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on financial patterns to provide insights and propose countermeasures for KPI delivery.
- Develop presentation materials on the annual business plan and strategic actions for the Board and Management Committee.
Skills And Experience Required
To succeed in this role, you should possess a confident and knowledgeable approach , ready to act as a coach and guide to others:
- At least 6 years of experience in the insurance, financial institution, or financial advisory sector.
- Proven experience in corporate strategy, business planning, performance management, or organizational transformation.
- Tertiary qualification in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management to drive strategic and business discussions.
