- Lead strategic and transformation initiatives across LATAM region, driving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational scalability.
- Partner closely with regional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Business Development to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and process improvement areas through data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive cross-functional projects from problem identification and business case development through execution, implementation, and performance tracking.
- Design and implement scalable processes, operating models, and business solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping shape priorities and execute key initiatives across the LATAM markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, fintech, banking, or technology-driven businesses.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working with data to generate insights, support decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions and markets.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, or business transformation programs is highly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys building new processes and capabilities from the ground up.
- Exposure to growth, operations, product, or market expansion initiatives will be an advantage.
