Business Operations/Supply Chain Finance Manager

We are partnering with a leading MNC to hire a Business Operations/Supply Chain Finance Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing financial performance and operations across logistics, warehouse, and distribution functions, managing freight audit processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the finance partner for logistics and warehouse/distribution functions.
• Oversee quarterly and annual forecasting, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business strategy.
• Roll out and manage the Intelligent Audit platform across APAC and EMEA regions.
• Analyze logistics costs and develop forward-looking forecast models using SAP, IA, and other data sources.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, driving performance and development.
• Contribute to the annual Strategic Planning process to support business growth and scaling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, with CA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business operations roles, ideally within manufacturing or logistics-intensive industries.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other ERP systems.
