Business Operations/Supply Chain Finance Manager

We are currently working with a leading MNC who are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager for their logistics team. The role includes overseeing freight audit processes, managing financial performance across logistics and warehouse operations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and annual forecasting for Logistics.
• Roll out and manage the Intelligent Audit platform across APAC and EMEA.
• Analyze logistics costs and develop forward-looking forecast models using SAP, IA, and other data sources.
• Contribute to the annual Strategic Planning process to support business scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with CA/CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or business operations roles, ideally within manufacturing or logistics-intensive industries.
• Team management experience.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or other ERP systems.
