As we scale, we are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, compliance, and business performance.

Job DescriptionThe Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the salon's operational, administrative, and financial functions to ensure smooth daily operations and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Business ManagementOversee daily salon operations, workflow efficiency, and service standardsImplement and improve SOPs to enhance productivity and customer experienceMonitor KPIs, revenue performance, cost control, and operational efficiencyStaff & HR ManagementSupervise staff scheduling, attendance, and performance managementSupport recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiativesEnsure compliance with MOM employment regulations and company policiesFinance & AdministrationManage payroll coordination, invoices, and expense trackingPrepare monthly operational and performance reports for managementCoordinate with accountants, vendors, and external service providersCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to local regulations, licensing, and workplace safety standardsHandle internal audits, documentation, and process improvementsCustomer & Vendor CoordinationManage supplier relationships, inventory planning, and procurementSupport customer service escalation and resolution when required
