Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulation and Implementation of Marketing Promotion Strategies
- Develop marketing strategies and promotion plans
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including exhibitions, seminars, and digital marketing
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) to boost brand awareness
- Establish partnerships with global industry associations and chambers of commerce
2. User Growth and Customer Acquisition
- Acquire new users through multiple channels (buyers, suppliers, service providers)
- Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns to boost registration conversion rates
- Establish and maintain a database of potential customers
- Monitor and analyze Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV)
3. Content Marketing
- Write marketing copy, press releases, case studies, and other marketing content
- Create marketing materials (brochures, PPTs, videos, etc.)
- Manage content updates and SEO optimization for the official platform website
- Plan and execute content marketing campaigns
4. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor dynamics
- Analyze target customer group characteristics and needs
- Collect and analyze market feedback to provide recommendations for product optimization
- Regularly produce market analysis reports
5. Partner Expansion
- Identify and develop potential partners (trade companies, service providers, financial institutions, etc.)
- Maintain existing partner relationships
- Coordinate partner joint marketing campaigns
6. Event Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute online/offline marketing campaigns (webinars, trade shows, business meetings, etc.)
- Manage event budgets and execution processes
- Evaluate event outcomes and optimize subsequent event strategies
II. Job Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Business Management, or related fields
Work Experience:
- 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with cross-border trade or e-commerce platform experience preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or event planning
- Experience in managing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads is preferred
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in using marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, social media management tools, etc.)
- Capable of data analysis and report writing
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in design software (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
