Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web3 Business Operations & Growth Team Leader to be based in Singapore and lead a dedicated operations team. You will be fully responsible for user growth, ecosystem operations, and commercialization of our Web3 wallet business, with a primary focus on driving the development of card spending and wealth management product lines. You will need to define clear business strategies, lead the team in execution, continuously optimize operational effectiveness through data-driven approaches, and establish a leading position in the rapidly evolving Web3 payments and asset management landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Team Management

• Develop the overall operations strategy, quarterly/annual goals, and key execution plans for the Web3 business, and be accountable for business outcomes.
• Directly manage a team of 23 operations professionals, overseeing goal-setting, task allocation, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Establish efficient team collaboration processes and operational management systems to enhance overall execution capabilities and business acumen.

Core Business Growth & Operations

• User Engagement & Lifecycle Management: Design and implement user operations systems, leveraging incentives, campaign operations, and outreach to improve user activity and retention.
• Card Spending Business Growth: Lead growth strategies for virtual/physical card services, expand online and offline consumption scenarios and merchant partnerships, and increase transaction volume and user frequency.
• Wealth Management Business Growth: Plan and drive the operations of wealth management and yield products, overseeing product promotion and campaign planning from ideation to execution.

Data-Driven Insights, Ecosystem Partnerships & Innovation

• Build a core business data monitoring and insight system, regularly analyze user behavior, business funnels, and market competition to drive iterative optimization of operations strategies.
• Lead negotiations and relationship management with external ecosystem partners to build a mutually beneficial business ecosystem.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments, explore business innovation opportunities, and pilot new products and models.

Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration

• Serve as the key interface for business operations, collaborating effectively with product, technology, marketing, risk control, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies with product development, marketing activities, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale cross-departmental operational projects, coordinating resources to ensure the achievement of key business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, business, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in internet finance, payments, or digital asset management, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the Web3/crypto industry, with a proven track record in wallet, payment, or DeFi product operations.

At least 2 years of team management experience, with a successful record of leading small teams to achieve business goals.

Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to conduct in-depth business analysis using data analytics tools.

Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and the payments industry, with strong business acumen.

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial mindset, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to the fast-paced changes in the Web3 industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Chinese and English (English as a working language).
