Job Description
Join ClearSK Healthcare Group as a Business Operations Associate, where you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate development and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of business projects and initiatives.
Use systematic approaches to track and analyse performance data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Work with project Persons-In-Charge (PICs) to keep projects on timeline and on objective.
Liaise with our Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur offices on project updates and performance data.
Contribute to improving business processes and strategies across our locations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong grasp of business operations and project management principles.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance-tracking tools.
Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Strong computational ability and interest in applying AI in business.
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or a related field with quantitative subjects.
Strong working knowledge of Excel.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Conversational Mandarin (spoken) is required, as the role liaises regularly with our China offices.
