Position Purpose:

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst with experience in the banking domain (preferably core banking) to support project operations, reporting, and operational tracking activities. The role requires strong Excel skills, data handling, and operational coordination to assist project teams in monitoring progress, creating dashboards, and automating small operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business and project operations for banking initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational summaries using Excel.
• Create and manage data sheets, pivot tables, charts, and summaries.
• Capture meeting minutes (MoM) and track action items.
• Assist in automation of small operational tasks and reporting processes.
• Monitor project progress using tracking tools and dashboards.
• Support teams in data analysis and operational decision making.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services (preferably core banking environment).
• Experience supporting project operations or business operations activities.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, charts, data summaries).
• Ability to create simple dashboards and operational reports.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools or monitoring dashboards.
• Good analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Strong learning attitude and problem-solving mindset.
