1. Position Summary

In essence, a Business Operations Analyst bridges operational data and business performance, ensuring operation is measurable, efficient, continuously improving and aligning with business strategy. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting of metrics to track business performance, operational effectiveness and in alignment with organizational goals. By using data analysis, statistical tools and process evaluation, the role also helps to improve day-to-day operation efficiency, support management strategic planning and decision making. This role will require working with all department leaders across the course of work.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and recommend action to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Develop and maintain operational reports for management
• Assist in budget preparation and management activities
• Collaborate with team members to perform analysis of business requirements
• Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads and external partners
• Presentation of business performance in management meeting

3. Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or any other relevant field qualifications
• Minimum 3 years+ of relevant experience in similar role working in environment with multiple functions of management, finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering, field services, logistics and warehousing.
• Familiar with Enterprise Resources Planning, Customer Relationships Management and Business Intelligence Tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft TEAM, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
