Planning and overseeing the market news and trends in construction sector and analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
Responsible for generating reports for the Korean Head Office's review/perusal as well as work closely with the Korean Head Office in terms of project progress reports
Build strong strategic relationships with key construction industry clients, competitors and vendors in Singapore
Responsible for developing the strategy for the company in line with company objectives in order to get projects in Singapore
Overall management for the projects with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety
Lead Singapore Branch Office for the implementation and execution of works as according to the Korean Head Office instructions
Regularly reporting, updating and maintaining policies consistent with local legislation and company changes in cooperation with Korean Head Office instructions
Oversee the administrative and operation aspects of the company system and work environment
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
At least 10 years of working experience in the construction field is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with creativity, initiative, negotiation, good management, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task and stay focus on business objectives
Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) only
