Job Description
- New Client Development: Proactively identify potential customer needs, focusing on banks, consumer finance institutions, and fintech companies. Provide solutions with Card Issuing System Related Products and assist in achieving new client acquisition targets.
- Pre-sales Support: Effectively present and demonstrate Card Issuing System Related Products and solutions via phone, video, or on-site meetings. Collaborate in preparing proposals and responding to technical inquiries.
- Project Implementation Support: Work closely with vendors marketing, product, technical, and operations teams to deliver comprehensive services for overseas key projectsincluding pre-sales support, demonstrations, testing, contract signing, implementation, acceptance, invoicing, and collectionto ensure smooth execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Travel to client locations when required, maintain strong long-term communication with existing clients, understand their business development needs, identify opportunities for deeper cooperation, and promote cross-selling to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Insights: Continuously monitor industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes in key overseas markets. Collect and provide feedback on client needs and market intelligence to support product optimization and market strategy development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Candidates with long-term overseas education or work experience are preferred.
- Work Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in financial technology, business development, project management, or sales. Background in card issuing, payments, fintech, or system outsourcing is a plus.
- Proven track record in independently developing and delivering large-scale projects is preferred.
