Project & Change Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, and Compliance teams.
- Identify process gaps, pain points, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Support the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic initiatives (e.g., digital platform and CRM system enhancements).
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect tracking, and facilitate sign-offs for system changes.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain clear communication of progress with stakeholders.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare dashboards and performance reports to support business insights.
- Enhance and maintain existing Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- Assist in budgeting processes and gather competitor intelligence for benchmarking purposes.
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
- Proven experience as a business and data analyst.
- Project management experience, preferably in overseas wealth management business models.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to effectively engage senior stakeholders in Taiwan.
