Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working in business operations, program management, or relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing external partnerships.
- Ability to align and lead internal and external teams across different functions, and with deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy, completeness and succinct presentation, especially at the executive level.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships to deliver the aligned business priorities within timelines.
- Develop and lead highly visible fast paced programs internally and externally, developing and leading the operational project plan to deliver against key timelines and goals.
- Lead critical aspects of product planning and launch for Home and Health with a focus on regional launch strategy.
- Identify risks/potential blockages/opportunities. Drive the development of a plan of record (POR) for activities that impact multiple cross-functional stakeholder groups. Prepare launch go/no go checklists and create risk contingency plans as needed.
- Build productive and synergistic relationships with internal and external cross-functional teams and leaders, including product, engineering, marketing, finance, product planning, legal, sales operations, sales, business management, etc.
