Business Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading global asset management firm on a Business Manager opportunity within its APAC Distribution team. This is a high-impact role supporting regional leadership and driving strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, and partner functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to drive regional business priorities and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
• Prepare business insights, management reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to enhance business performance and scalability.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience within asset management or investment management.
• Strong understanding of distribution, sales, and client-facing functions within financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, change initiatives, or business improvement programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
