Business Transformation Project Manager

Our client, a renowned and well-established group, is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation and is seeking a Project Manager to support their continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll act as both an internal consultant and a project manager, reviewing how the business currently operates, identifying where processes fall short, and leading the full transformation process from planning through to rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation and digitalization projects from planning through execution across the group
• Review existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas needing improvement
• Design practical solutions and see them through to full implementation, not just advisory recommendations
• Use operational data to build the case for proposed changes and track whether initiatives deliver results
• Partner closely with stakeholders across business units, bridging technical and business needs while driving change management communicating updates, training staff, and supporting teams through the transition to new processes or systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in process improvement, business transformation, or internal consulting
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run initiatives independently with minimal oversight
• A practical, analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions
• Prior experience leading digital transformation and change management projects
