Job Description

We+ Asia is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to join our dynamic IT & Digital Consulting team. This pivotal role is at the heart of our growth, focusing on winning new business and expanding our footprint in Singapore.

You will be a true hunter, responsible for the full sales cyclefrom identifying and prospecting major local accounts to closing high-value consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will leverage a consultative approach to build strategic relationships, understand client objectives, and position our project-based and outsourced solutions to drive measurable business impact.

Main Responsibilities

New Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and proposal to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Execute targeted account plans to identify, penetrate, and secure new business with high-potential enterprise clients in Hong Kong.
  • Drive revenue by selling our portfolio of IT consulting, digital solutions, and project delivery services.
  • Develop and write compelling management proposals and negotiate master agreements.

Client Relationship & Strategic Growth

  • Build and nurture long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct ongoing account management to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Understand clients strategic pain points and business objectives to tailor solutions that deliver clear value.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams and consultants to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain a transparent view of the revenue pipeline.
  • Represent We+ at industry events and networking functions to build market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within IT consulting, digital services, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate IT concepts and solutions.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
