About Us

We are a fast-scaling entertainment technology company building immersive social and gaming experiences for the next billion users. As we expand across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and LATAM, we're seeking a Regional Publishing & Strategic Partnerships Lead to drive multi-country growth through top-tier collaborations, game sourcing, and strategic campaigns.

What You'll Do

Game Publishing & Market Expansion

  • Lead the end-to-end publishing of mobile and cross-platform titles across Southeast Asia and emerging markets.
  • Own localization pipelines, QA workflow design, and GTM (go-to-market) planning.
  • Secure and manage publishing partnerships with telcos, payment providers, media, schools, and esports channels.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard game titles from China, Korea, Japan, or Europe for regional rollout.

Brand & Platform Partnerships

  • Structure creative co-branding campaigns with lifestyle, tech, or retail brands.
  • Drive user growth via zero-cost partnerships, barter deals, and integrated marketing activations (OOH, KOL, on-ground events).
  • Manage regional key accounts and expand strategic alliances to boost brand presence.
  • Strategic Growth Execution
  • Develop user segmentation and UA (user acquisition) strategies to grow LTV and reduce churn.
  • Build and lead a multi-country publishing team, ensuring alignment between product, marketing, and community ops.
  • Represent the company at industry expos, media launches, and international gaming conferences.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in game publishing, consumer tech partnerships, or mobile platform marketing.
  • Proven record of closing partnerships, managing regional go-to-market campaigns, and sourcing/licensing titles or IPs.
  • Strong negotiation skills, regional business acumen, and familiarity with SEA/GCR markets.
  • Able to lead teams across localization, UA, PR/media, and community engagement.
  • Willing to travel and represent the company at key events across Asia.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with consumer product co-branding (F&B, telecom, retail, hardware).Exposure to anime, esports, or mobile gaming communities.
  • Background in business analytics, market sizing, or campaign ROI tracking.
