Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for a Business Manager. The Business Manager will oversee business operations, ensure that strategic goals are met, and drive growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies, managing budgets and resources efficiently, and analyzing financial and operational data for better decision-making. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members, collaborating with key stakeholders, and optimizing operational processes to achieve company objectives.

• Experience in one or more of Insight Genesis's four verticals (finance, human resources, education, health and wellness) is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
