Key Responsibilities
Key Account Leadership
Grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Develop account plans, stakeholder maps, and growth strategies aligned with client priorities and ALTEN capabilities.
Lead executive-level communication and represent ALTEN as a trusted advisor.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and drive new business opportunities across engineering, digital and technology domains.
Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
Achieve revenue, headcount, and profitability targets for assigned accounts.
Delivery Oversight & Project Success
Oversee multi-project delivery performance across clients, ensuring quality and proactive risk management.
Work closely with Delivery and Technical leaders to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.
Recruitment Partnership & Talent Strategy
Collaborate with Recruitment to shape workforce plans and ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
Support hiring prioritization, talent planning, and cross-border staffing strategies.
Operational & Financial Oversight
Manage portfolio-level forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
Support invoicing, revenue tracking, and financial accuracy with Finance.
Ensure overall account profitability and operational discipline.
Internal Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Delivery, Recruitment, HR, Finance, and regional teams.
