This role oversees the day-to-day operations, business development, client relations, and overall performance of the company. This role ensures customers receive high-quality service, that internal processes run smoothly, and that business goals are met profitably.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the bridal boutique and wedding service activities.

2. Ensure smooth coordination of bridal gown rentals, fittings, alterations, and wedding packages.

3. Monitor inventory of gowns, accessories, and related products.

4. Maintain high standards of store presentation and customer experience.

5. Promote bridal packages, photography services, and wedding-related offerings.

6. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

7. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).

8. Manage social media platforms and promotional activities.

9. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, photographers, makeup artists, and event planners.

10. Strengthen brand positioning in the bridal and wedding industry.
