Business Manager, Global Asset Management

We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint an experienced professional to support its APAC leadership team.

This individual will play a key role in translating regional strategy into execution, driving strategic initiatives and enhancing the effectiveness of the distribution platform.

Responsibilities will span business planning, sales governance, operational effectiveness, change management and senior management reporting. The role will also lead cross-functional initiatives involving Sales, Investments, Risk, Compliance and Legal, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen business capabilities.

A particular focus will be placed on innovation, including championing AI-enabled tools and automation to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

We are seeking someone with strong business management, strategy and project execution capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and ideally experience of 8-12 years within asset management or financial services.
