Business Management System (BMS) Analyst

Role summary

Seeking a Business Management System (BMS) Analyst to support the Greater Asia Solutions Category team through business performance analysis, planning and operational coordination.

You will turn data into clear insights, support business reviews and help teams translate priorities into measurable actions. Working with category, country, sales, finance and operations stakeholders, you will improve visibility into business performance and strengthen the processes and reporting that support decisions across Greater Asia.

Responsibilities

Business performance and insights

. Consolidate and analyze business performance across countries, solution offerings and routes to market.

. Maintain dashboards and scorecards covering agreed measures such as revenue, margin, pipeline, forecast performance and solution adoption.

. Identify trends, explain variances against plans and highlight risks and growth opportunities.

. Translate analysis into practical recommendations for category and country leaders.

Business planning and management reviews

. Coordinate inputs for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and delivered on time.

. Prepare review materials that clearly communicate performance, business drivers and decisions required.

. Support annual planning, quarterly outlooks and forecasting by consolidating inputs and validating assumptions with business and finance partners.

. Track decisions, action owners and due dates, and follow up on outstanding commitments.

Data quality and reporting improvement

. Work with data owners to reconcile reporting differences and maintain consistent KPI definitions.

. Improve reporting efficiency through standardization, automation and appropriate analytical tools.

. Document reporting processes, data sources and business rules to support continuity and effective handovers.

. Handle business information in accordance with applicable data governance, confidentiality and access requirements.

Cross functional execution

. Partner with regional and country teams to monitor strategic initiatives, milestones and business outcomes.

. Coordinate stakeholder inputs, identify dependencies and escalate issues requiring management attention.

. Support improvements to business planning and review processes across the Greater Asia Solutions Category organization.

Education and experience

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

. Relevant experience in business analysis, business planning, category operations, sales operations or a related field.

. Experience analyzing commercial performance and preparing management reports.

. Experience working across multiple markets or within a matrix organization is preferred.

Knowledge and skills:

Required

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy.

. Proficiency in Excel, including data consolidation, pivot tables and analytical models.

. Ability to create clear presentations and explain findings to business stakeholders.

. Understanding of commercial measures such as revenue, margin, pipeline and forecast performance.

. Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and competing priorities.

. Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate across Greater Asia.

. Ability to work independently and coordinate actions across teams.

Preferred

. Experience with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence platform.

. Familiarity with Power Query, SQL or reporting automation tools.

. Experience in technology solutions, services, software or subscription businesses.

. Familiarity with CRM, financial reporting or enterprise planning systems.
