We are working with a global bank to placed a Capital Markets Business Management role. The successful candidate is a integral person to develop their Sales & Trading business and aids with development of New Products, strengthening desk Risk & Governance, improving trade flow processes and driving the business forward. This role will also include authoring internal

documentations, oversee a team to facilitate client onboardings and periodic reviews, working in close coordination with internal stakeholders such as Legal and Compliance. Where required, the business manager will coordinate with related parties within the bank across geographies for purposes of meeting business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business or Law, or relevant professional qualification
• Min 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, internal/external audit, compliance
• Familiar with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
