Support regional business initiatives across areas including business expansion, P&L optimization, product enhancement, and cost optimization. Support product roadmap planning and market research efforts to strengthen product positioning and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Drive regional customer insights and lifecycle initiatives by analyzing customer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Develop customer segmentation frameworks and leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer journeys, promotional campaigns, incentive strategies, and overall customer experience.
Own and continuously enhance the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ecosystem, improving customer segmentation, workflow efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and data quality.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Compliance to deliver customer-centric initiatives and support regional business growth.
Conduct deep dives into customer and business performance to identify root causes, recommend strategic solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle.
Support regional business planning through market research, commercial analysis, and customer insights, contributing to product positioning, business expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer insights, CRM, product management, management consulting, data analytics, or a related field. Experience in Payments, Banking, Internet, or FinTech is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools preferred.
Ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable business recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Experience in customer lifecycle management, app growth, merchant payments, or card products will be an advantage.
Self-motivated, hands-on, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for solving business problems.
