- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint new business opportunities and emerging trends in Brazil's financial services sector.
- Project Leadership: Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Translate business opportunities into clear, actionable plans by working closely with various cross-functional teams.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, developing effective mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
- Data Analysis: Analyze internal data on costs and product profitability to provide the team with key insights for decision-making.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally within the fintech, retail banking, or broader financial services industry.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate structured and analytical approach to problem-solving. Being proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Able to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate across different teams and with external partners.
- Core Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are also required.
